1. The program

Spirette LLC sends text messages about your orders to customers who choose to receive them: order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, refunds, cancellations, and exchange updates. If you separately agree to marketing texts, we may also send news and occasional offers.

2. How you sign up

Texts are optional and never required to buy. During checkout on drinkspirette.com, you can enter a mobile number and check one or both unchecked boxes shown below. Order updates and marketing texts are separate choices. After you sign up, we send one confirmation text.

3. How often

Message frequency varies. Order updates are usually 2 to 4 texts per order. Marketing texts, if you chose them, are occasional.

4. Cost

Spirette does not charge for texts. Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

5. How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email info@drinkspirette.com. You can also change your text preferences in your Spirette profile.

6. Your privacy

We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share it only with the service providers that deliver our texts, such as our messaging platform. See our Privacy Policy for more.

7. Carriers
